Mr Martin Lai and nearly 20 powerboat racing teams around the world has joined Global Assets Organisation's plan of launching the "Global Assets Powerboat Festival Asia 2011-2015" in Greater China and other Asian countries. As the organiser of this series of powerboat events, CCGF is negotiating with related organisations and government departments in mainland China, including Dr Sun Yi Xian's Youth Foundation, China Culture Development Association, to assure a successful launch of the first event in October of 2011 in China as a starting point to promote powerboat racing and create a new brand of sport event in Asia.

近20支来自世界各地的摩托艇船队加入了Global Assets Organisation"歌宝"工程，积极参与准备在中国和亚洲其它地区举行的"歌宝国际摩托艇亚洲文化节2011-2015"。华夏文化基金会（英国）作为这一系列文化节的组织者，正在与中国内地包括孙中山青少年基金会、华夏文化促进会（北京）在内的一些相关组织和地方政府进行磋商，确定了2011年10月首届中国文化节的意向，向大中华地区和亚洲其它地区推广摩托艇竞技运动，并将其打造成亚洲的知名体育文化活动品牌。与中国国内的著名旅游文化节类似，"歌宝摩托艇亚洲文化节"是一项综合性的大型文化活动，除了让人血脉沸腾的高速摩托艇竞技表演，还包括饮食、时装、演唱会等各种表演和互动。
